To return hardware products purchased through Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC, we must receive a written request detailing the purchased item and reason that you are requesting a return within seven (7) days of your purchase.
Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC reserves the right to deny your request, except in cases where the purchased item is proven to be defective.
If an item is defective, Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC will provide written instructions to you on how to contact and make arrangements for a replacement through the distributor used to obtain the product on your behalf.
If a return is granted, the item must be in the condition stated in your return request.
Should there be evidence of tampering and/or deliver or damage to any product sold by Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC, on an item where a return was granted, the item will be returned to you, and all shipping and handling charges will be your responsibility and prepaid.
Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC offers no warranty of its own, implied or otherwise, on software purchases.
