Computer hardware purchased from Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC can be returned ONLY via a written request within the first seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC reserves the right to reject a return request, the only exception to this policy is if the item is proven to be defective or we determined that the customer that purchased the product or someone else other than a member of the Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC team performed actions that rendered said hardware either to be defective or inoperable.
If a hardware product is approved as defective by Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC, we will provide written instructions on how the return of the product will be performed.
To comply with the licensing agreements of the vendors who author the software that we sell upon delivery and or installation, Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC is released from any liability associated with defective software. If a defect is detected, it is the responsibility of the purchasing customer or business to communicate directly with the software vendor. Subsequently, Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC does not accept return requests for software.
Upon paying for hardware services, the customer or business acknowledges that the work is done is satisfactory and as such releases Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC from any liability thereafter.
A customer or business must notify us in writing regarding any issues related to hardware services that indicate mechanical issues are encountered within the first seven (7) calendar days after the work was completed.
The customer or business must be aware that computer/system repairs often are complex and the Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC field technicians make every effort possible to be certain that the ordered work is complete upon the closing of the work ticket which transpires upon the receipt of payment.
If Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC believes that the reported issue was caused by either negligence or incomplete work done by our field technician, we will correct the issue at no cost to the customer or business.
Websites, mobile applications and or any contract system support is warranted for a period of 30 calendar days after installation/go live.
Should a customer or business find that any website, mobile application and/or any contract system support is defective in any way, provided the customer or business notifies Heritage Computer Specialist, LLC within the 30 days warranted, we will remediate the defect with no charge to the customer or business.
