Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC warrants all labor related work done for thirty (30) days from the date of service.
It is your responsibility, to either reach us via e-mail or our call center at (203) 405-3485 within the labor warranty period.
Excluded from our labor warranty policy are incidents where you chose not to follow the instructions given to you by the technician who performed work on your behalf. An example of this exclusion would be if a virus was removed from your computer and our technician advised you that you would need to either purchase or upgrade an antivirus software, should do not have one in place or the product you have has expired, or has suggested that you should follow certain rules when accepting e-mails and/or visiting websites on the Internet.
Should any labor performed by Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC be deemed effective within the thirty (30) day warranty period, we will perform the necessary repairs at no cost to you.
Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC does not warrant any hardware or software purchase through us.
Once you take possession of any hardware or software product purchased and implemented by Heritage Computer Specialists, LLC is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer of the product should there be an issue with the performance of that product.
Websites and mobile applications developed by our Web-IT, LLC counterpart company are warranty for a period of thirty (30) days after go live to be “defect free.” “Defect free” is defined as a design flaw and or the failure of functionality that is part of the website and/or mobile application.
Our “defect free” definition does not extend to add on or plug-in modules that are included in our websites and/or mobile applications that have been developed by a third party.
If defects are found in third-party components associated with a website and/or mobile application, it is your responsibility to work directly with the third-party to resolve any issues you may have.
